Home LifeMatters is an intensive in-home service for youth and families needing a higher level of treatment services than can be provided through traditional clinical office work.

This in-home program utilizes an evidenced-based family therapy model to improve family cohesiveness, safety, and improve outcomes. Home LifeMatters is an approved NOJOS Level III treatement program.

Home LifeMatters provides these services with the goal of keeping families intact and avoiding an out-of-home placement in an more intensive treatment setting.

By utilizing a combination of traditional office therapy services (individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication management) supplemented by in-home family therapy we are able to treat higher risk youth in their homes, reduce cost, and improve outcomes.
